Welcome to ThinkAloud. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use ThinkAloud.

1. Overview

ThinkAloud is an AI-powered mock interview practice platform. We provide tools for practicing interview answers via voice or text and receiving AI-generated feedback. ThinkAloud is for educational and practice purposes only and does not guarantee any employment outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ThinkAloud. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

ThinkAloud offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription with additional capabilities. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through LemonSqueezy. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service beyond normal use
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit content that is abusive, harassing, or violates the rights of others

6. AI-Generated Feedback

Feedback provided by ThinkAloud is generated by artificial intelligence and is intended as a practice aid only. It should not be treated as professional career advice. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, and we make no guarantees about their correctness or completeness.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology comprising ThinkAloud are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the answers and content you submit, but grant us a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ThinkAloud is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkAloud and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
